Faciliate and coordinate an epic experience with the Experience Coordinator Pathway.
The Experience Coordinator Pathway allows for ordinary people to participate and practise continuity in our flagship initiative – Epic Homes.
The Experience Coordinator Pathway comprises of several roles and ranks of our volunteers to engage in effective communication, people management & heart of service through the act of coordinating events and overseeing the welfare of participants & volunteers.
The Experience Coordinators
For any build or project to work, we require a pair of two Experience Coordinators to help elevate the volunteer experience & wellbeing through project administration and event logistics. This includes handling areas such as
beverages, accommodation and overall welfare of volunteers and builders on an Epic Home experience!
Below are some of the roles.
Recruits
are builders who have only just attended a Basic Builder Workshop but have yet to complete an Epic Home. (exception to ECs only)
Appprentice Experience Coordinator
assists more experienced Experience Coordinators in managing the volunteer experience & wellbeing, project administration and event logistics.
An Apprentice EC is also able to motivate and encourage the morale of the participants.
Experience Coordinator (EC)
is all about providing a safe, well-planned and uplifting experience for the builders.
An Experience Coordinator is able to manage aspects of volunteer experience & wellbeing, project administration and event logistics. The EC is also able to motivate and encourage the morale of the participants.
Head Experience Coordinator (HEC)
The Head Experience Coordinator (HEC) is an expert coordinator that can manage the and plan an entire build experience, providing a safe, well-planned and uplifting experience for the builders.
A HEC masters in volunteer experience & wellbeing, project administration and event logistics while creating, motivating and infectuating the morale of volunteers.
