Many of the things we do involves training, mentoring and knowledge transfer.

We hold many events and workshops through the year such as Basic Builder Workshops, Advanced Builder Workshop and other events that require volunteers to contribute as facilitators or even workshop managers.

As workshop facilitators or managers, you will engage in roles that upholds the value of coaching and knowledge transfer to new volunteers.
